"To anyone who may consider renting Unit #22 Seaboard Walk: I highly recommend it!!

My family stayed at other units in Seaboard Walk, as well as many other rental units in Cape May. But once we rented Unit #22, we remained faithful customers for many years to come!

Unit #22 is very well appointed and well maintained.

The pool at Seaboard Walk is heated and a lovely way to finish off a day at the beach! The proximity of the unit is in easy walking distance to the beach and the town center ... many restaurants ... anything you need. Once I parked my car in the garage, there it stayed for the entire week.

We finally decided to buy our own home for retirement but if not we would only consider renting unit #22 in Cape May. My Grandson did cry when he found out we purchased on LBI and begged to continue our annual tradition at #22!!!

"We have rented this townhouse five consecutive summers and found it to be extremely well located (very short walk to the beach), and very comfortable for our ourselves and our extended family.

The house is well equipped, clean and the one time we had a problem with the plumbing it was repaired within hours.

We have enjoyed our stays there and would not hesitate to return in the future."

"Just wanted to write a note of thanks! The beach townhouse was wonderful! My husband and father both commented several times how comfortable and nice the house was for a vacation rental. It was great for each party to have their own floor and bathroom. I loved all the extra touches and functionality plus all the room, beautiful decorating and furniture.

We sincerely enjoyed our time. It was also the first trip to the beach where we all got along! Contribute that to the house."
